Our Guarantee
We believe that you, the client, require prompt and efficient service at a competitive price.
If your sale or purchase does not complete we will limit our fee to $500.00 plus GST and disbursements being our out of pocket expenses.
Once we have quoted you a fee the “meter is not running”, so you are free to talk to us at any stage of the transaction without the fear of an escalating fee. We do however reserve the right, if unexpected complications arise in your transaction, to charge an extra fee on a time and attendance basis.
